BEFORE WE FIRE UP THE SMOKER
At The Meat N’ Spot, we take pride in serving slow-smoked barbecue and making your event run smoothly. To help keep everything on track and the smoker fired up on time, please review the following policies before placing your catering order.
Minimum Orders
Our catering packages are designed for larger gatherings.
For events with fewer than 75 guests or for à la carte orders, please contact us directly to discuss custom catering options and pricing.
Final Guest Count
A final guest count must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event.
This number will be considered the minimum number of guests billed, even if fewer guests attend.
Guest Count Increases
Guest count increases after the final confirmation may be accommodated based on availability, but reductions cannot be made after the final guest count deadline.
Deposit
A 33% deposit is required to secure your event date and catering order.
Deposits may be made using:

Personal checks are not accepted.
Your event date is considered reserved once the deposit has been received.
Order Timeline
To ensure proper preparation and scheduling, all catering orders must be placed at least 30 days prior to the event date.
This allows our team to source ingredients, prepare the smoker schedule, and ensure everything is ready for your event.
Weather Policy
(for outdoor events)
For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing appropriate shelter or backup arrangements in case of inclement weather.
Menu Adjustments
Menu selections must be finalized prior to the event date.
Last-minute menu changes may not be available once preparation has begun.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due on the day of delivery or service.
Agreement
By placing a catering order with The Meat N’ Spot, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the policies listed above.
Final Sales
All catering orders are final once confirmed.
